I regularly hold Events in my Treatment Room. These are intentional small groups to allow for a more personal and cosy experience.
The Peace Within
This is a seated meditation using the healing sounds of various instruments together with sounds of nature and quiet, to help you find your peace within.
Total time is approx 60 mins and the cost is £15 per person

Sound Bath
Settle into a reclining Lafuma Chair and enjoy a deeply relaxing and restorative experience where you are "bathed" in the healing sound vibrations produced by Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan singing Bowls, Wind Gong and other instruments.
Total time is approx 1 hour and 15 minutes - cost £20 per person
