What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a safe and natural complementary health therapy which is suitable for anyone of any age, and any gender. This gentle relaxing therapy, has been found to have beneficial affects on both emotional and physical symptoms. The technique of applying gentle pressure to precise areas on the feet, hands or face, stimulates the body's own healing processes and promotes relaxation. Our bodies consist of organs and systems which are constantly working together to heal and repair. During a reflexology treatment, points are pressed, encouraging the opening and clearing of neural pathways, helping to keep all the systems working in balance with each other, creating a stronger body and a calmer mind.
